oppo-redFor those of us who grew up before the age of electronic gizmos and gadgets that serves to keep kids (and adults, too) entertained, many of us would have had fond memories of collecting baseball trading cards, collectible trading cards (from the comics universe, of course), as well as collectible card games like the long running Magic: The Gathering series. However, I guess some hardware manufacturers figured out that the limited edition gravy train need not stop at just those, as smartphones, too, could be part of the setup. Hence, we are slapped with news that only 5,000 units of the Oppo Find 5 will be made available in a limited Red Edition form factor.

This would mark the second device announced within this week alone from Oppo Mobile, where we heard of a refreshed Oppo Find 5 that will run on a Snapdragon 600 processor as well as Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean right out of the box was revealed in China recently. As for the Oppo Find 5 Limited Red Edition, it was colored so to represent love, while proceeds from the sales of this limited edition handset will be distributed to medical funds in China. Forget about a Snapdragon 600 processor here, as you will have to settle for a Snapdragon S4 Pro processor instead.
