Larger Display Not Necessarily A Priority For iPhone Customers [Survey]

iphone-6-clone-1The iPhone 6 is launching later this year and we guess that’s something that many of us have come to expect. Now word on the street has it that the iPhone 6 will sport a larger display – in fact the rumors claim it will come in 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch sizes, so depending on your needs and preference, customers will apparently have two sizes to choose from.

That being said, is a larger display truly what iPhone owners are looking for in the next iPhone? Well according to website WalletHero, they decided to poll their customers to find out what features they are looking for in the next iPhone, and interestingly enough, a larger display was not the number one priority.

According to their findings, 97% of customers voted as better battery life as being the number one preference. This is followed by a larger screen with 85% of the votes, followed by a better camera in third place at 73% of the votes. Surprisingly a faster processor is not as prioritized as evidenced by 43% of the votes, and it seems that price is not a huge factor as well as only 35% of customers voted for a lower price point.

In fact the survey seems to be more or less in line with an internal survey by Apple which also revealed that longer battery life was a priority, and that a larger display was in third place. So what do you guys think? Do you agree with the results of the survey and that a long lasting battery life is more important than a larger display?
