LG G Vista Now Available From Verizon

lg g vistaAs we had reported yesterday, it looks like the rumors were true because Verizon has since officially announced the availability of the LG G Vista. The handset will be priced at $99.99 with a new two-year contract, but for those who are unwilling to commit themselves to Verizon for the next two years, the handset will be available off-contract for a more expensive $399.99.

The rumors were also right about the handset’s specs. Verizon has listed the device as sporting a 5.7-inch 720p qHD display. This is compared to the LG G3 who shares the same design, but has a smaller display of 5.5-inches with a QHD display, making it a lot sharper than the LG G Vista. We’re not sure if this will bother some users, but if you’re shopping on a budget then we guess you can’t really complain.

The LG G Vista will also be powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz processor and will feature 1.5GB of RAM, a 3,200mAh battery, 8GB of onboard storage expandable via microSD, an 8MP rear-facing camera, a 1.3MP front-facing camera, and will come with Android 4.4.2 KitKat preinstalled. If you’re interested in picking one up for yourself, then head on over to Verizon’s website for the details.
