Assassin’s Creed is a game franchise that has its fair share of fans, and it so happens that assassin’s do seem to hold a special sway over the masses – just how like nearly everyone liked to play the role of a sniper back when Counter Strike was in its heydays. Having said that, check out the video of the upcoming Assassin’s Creed mobile game above and be prepared to see how its stunning graphics will look like in the palm of your hands.

Of course, it goes without saying that the entire game is scaled down in order for it to be able to fit in within the typical free to play format. Apart from that, the day is still remotely far off when it comes to video game downloads hitting file sizes of 14GB – unless a miracle happens in the near short term where cheap and fast yet spacious memory is available, not to mention lightning quick mobile downloads.

Assassin’s Creed: Identity would place you in the shoes of the protagonist within an Italian setting, and there will be smaller levels in place of full-blown cities, not to mention having to run short quests instead of assassination missions. Breaking it down into manageable chunks could prove to be a masterstroke, and we do hope that the storyline’s quality will be maintained as homage to its console and PC counterparts.
