Not much details about the Warcraft movie has been revealed. We know that it will be based on a rather classic Orcs vs Humans story, but other than that the actual story has yet to be revealed. That being said, Blizzard has revealed during BlizzCon 2014 some images of what some of the characters in the movie could look like.
As you can see in the image above, that is Orgrim who will be one of the Orcs in the movie played by Rob Kazinsky who has appeared in movies and TV shows such as Pacific Rim and True Blood. Kazinsky performed motion capture for the character model, which we have to admit looks pretty menacing and imposing.
Blizzard also revealed another character from the movie – King Llane who will be played by Dominic Cooper. As you can see in the image, the character is decked out in armor and huge shoulder pads which is reminiscent of the characters in World of Warcraft. As it stands the Warcraft movie has finished filming.
The movie is scheduled for a release on the 11th of March 2016 which has actually been delayed from its original 18th of December release so as not to compete with Star Wars: Episode VII. In the meantime to help promote the movie, Blizzard announced two websites – Fight for the Horde and Fight for the Alliance which basically keeps players up to date and also includes images they can use on social media to show their support for either faction (while promoting the movie).
