oppo-n3Digities has cited sources that hail from both Taiwan and China, mentioning that Oppo of China, a company that rolls out smartphones that are pretty future forward, has high hopes for next year. After all, don’t we all look forward to a brand new year and to put the existing year behind us, which is something easy to do if 2014 has been particularly dreadful on a personal level? Well, word has it that Oppo has set their sights on shipping 50 million products next year – where 35 million of those will happen in China, while the other 15 million would be making their way to the rest of the world.

Perhaps the incorporation of Qualcomm processors in its high end models will be able to help Oppo out in this department, while the lower range segment that includes mid-range and entry level handsets will run on MediaTek’s affordable solutions. Lite-On Technology looks set to continue being the supplier of camera sensors and batteries. With Oppo having a production capacity of 2.5 million units each month, they are surely well on their way being prepared for a full scale assault in due time. Well, if all of their future handsets were to be as tough as the Oppo N5, we would definitely be in for a treat in 2015.
