For example wide-angle lens tends to be favored by photographers who shoot landscapes, while zoom lens are preferred by portrait photographers or photographers who want to get in on the action during sporting events.

Well if you’re after a camera with a zoom lens, Fujifilm has recently announced the FinePix S9900W/S9800. Both models are relatively identical, except that the the S9900W is for the US only and comes with WiFi, while the S9800 does not come with WiFi. The S9900W is expected to be made available in march for $349.95 while the S9800 will be priced at $329.95.

So pricing aside, what kind of specs are we looking at? Well like we said these are cameras that will come with zoom lenses. It will feature a 16MP CMOS sensor and a 50x f/2.9-6.5 24-1,200mm lens. This is a pretty long zoom which is great for those who are looking to get in close on the action, although its widest at 24mm also makes this a relatively versatile camera.

It will also be able to capture video in Full HD as well as a shooting speed of 10 frames per second. It will come with a 920k dot electronic viewfinder and an ISO sensitivity of up to 12,800.
