We would all like to know when our favorite companies will release the Android 5.0 Lollipop update for their supported devices but that information is rarely given out all at once. Companies like Samsung, HTC and LG have released Android 5.0 Lollipop for their high-end devices in select markets, a widespread launch is still awaited, and none of them have provided a complete roadmap for all devices. Today we have come across a seemingly sketchy roadmap for HTC Android 5.0 release.

Just yesterday we reported that the HTC One (M8) developer and unlocked editions are receiving Android 5.0 Lollipop. These models are the first in line because no carrier delays have to be taken into account.

If this roadmap is to be believed after the One (M7) and One (M8) receive this update in the first quarter, the HTC One (E8), Desire Eye, One M8 Eye and Butterfly 2 will be next in the second quarter.

The third quarter will bring Lollipop for One Max, One (M7) Dual SIM, Desire 816 and others. After this the update will launch on the One Mini, Desire 610 and others a couple of months later.

The accompanying report, which comes out of Vietnam, also claims that HTC is going to release Sense 7 user interface in March after it has formally unveiled the Hima. HTC Hima is believed to be the next flagship from the company that might be unveiled at the MWC in March.
