The notebook market in the U.S. offers some great options to customers looking for a powerful package in a lightweight body, but those looking to spend a bit more can now pick up one of the lightest notebooks that Panasonic has ever created. The company’s Let’s Note RZ4 notebook is finally available in the U.S., through a company’s that’s importing them into the country, for a pretty hefty price tag.

Panasonic unveiled the RZ4 back in October 2014. At that time it was only made available in Japan. The 10-inch notebook is powered by an Intel Core M Broadwell processor and even in Japan it was pretty expensive, costing 160,000 yen, which is roughly $1,500.

If that feels a bit too high, consider the fact that most of the models in Panasonic’s Let’s Note lineup cost as much as the RZ4, so this price tag isn’t new to Panasonic’s notebooks.

As previously mentioned, this notebook has a 10-inch full HD display, an Intel Core M processor in a package that promises up to 14 hours of battery life. It is also ultra light, weighing in at just 1.64 pounds, which means its great for those who value portability above everything else.

A company called Dynamism is importing this notebook into the U.S. with the price starting at $1,749 and up, with a Core M-5Y70 model costing as much as $3,599.
