meizu-m2-leakThe Meizu M2 Note has already been revealed to those who happen to live in China, but it does look as though there is another handset that is in the pipeline, and this model is none other than the Meizu m2. Just what kind of hardware does the Meizu m2 pack, anyway? The latest whispers on the street happen to point to a 4.6” display.

It goes without saying that you are able to tell by the naming convention alone, that the Meizu m2 will be known as the successor to the hugely affordable Meizu m1. In fact, there are signs that point to a very real possibility of it arriving some time later and the end of June, and publications over in Chinese tech sites do point out that there has been invitations which have been sent out already for a launch event. The thing is, there was no specific date mentioned, and neither was there a word on what the exact product that will launch is. Pretty weird, don’t you think so, for an invitation to lack a date?

Rumors point to a 4.6” display for the Meizu m2, in addition to Full HD resolution, which is a step down from QHD displays that many flagships show off today. Apart from that, it has been mentioned that a Mediatek MT6753 chipset will power the device, which comes with global LTE support to boot, in addition to 32GB of internal memory and 2GB RAM.
