samsung logo 5Yesterday it was rumored that Samsung was working on a 12-inch Windows 10 tablet. While tablets are usually of the 7-10-inch variety, these days OEMs are starting to put out larger display. In fact Apple is also said to be working on a 12.9-inch iPad Pro, if the rumors are to be believed.

However according to a report from SamMobile, it looks like Samsung is upping the ante with a tablet with a whopping 18.4-inch display. Now this might sound familiar to you and it is because earlier this month an 18.4-inch Samsung tablet was spotted at Zauba, so this report only seems to corroborate what we’ve seen earlier.

That being said, there are some additional details about the device. For starters it is said to run on Android 5.1 Lollipop. Also despite its huge display, the tablet will only sport a Full HD resolution. Under the hood, a Samsung Exynos 7580 is rumored to power the device along with 2GB of RAM, 32GB of expandable storage, and a 5,700mAh battery.

We can only imagine that a tablet this huge will most probably cater towards the working professional as regular consumers probably won’t want to or see the need to lug such a huge device around. No word on when Samsung will officially announce the device, but check back with us at a later date for the details.
