cod black ops 3If you have pre-ordered Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, then you probably did that because it also means that you will be getting access to the multiplayer beta. However if you pre-ordered the game for the Sony PlayStation 4, then that also means that you will be getting access to the multiplayer beta ahead of everyone else.

Just in case you forgot, you might be pleased to learn that the beta is now live and you will be able to access it via your PS4 console. The beta itself weighs a hefty 12.5GB so you’ll want to move fast as the beta is expected to run from this Wednesday, the 19th of August, to Sunday, the 23rd of August.

For those who do not have a PS4, fret not because your turn will come next week. For gamers who pre-ordered the game on their PC or Xbox One consoles, your beta access will begin on the 26th of August, and just like the PS4 beta it will only run for five days so if you want to make the most of it, better clear your schedules!

In the meantime Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 has been pegged for a release on the 6th of November 2015 where will it also launch on older consoles like the PS3 and Xbox 360, along with the newer consoles mentioned above and the PC.
