glory-71-01Smartphones these days usually come with a rear and front-facing camera. Typically the front-facing camera isn’t as powerful, although some OEMs have been trying to bump its specs to make it more attractive to selfie-lovers. Now in 2014, Oppo announced the Oppo N3 which came with a rotating camera.

This allowed users to use it as a front or back camera without any difference in quality. Apparently the idea is starting to catch on as the Huawei Honor 7i with a rotating camera has been announced. However unlike Oppo, Huawei’s camera will flip up instead as opposed to rotating on its axis.

glory-71-05We’re a little iffy on this as it would seem like it would break off if it got caught on something or if the phone fell, but to each their own, right? The camera Huawei has gone with is of the 13MP variety and features a Sony-made sensor with backside illumination, and a 28mm f/2.0 lens, making it a relatively decent camera.

As for the rest of its specs, it will feature a 5.2-inch Full HD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor, and a 3,100mAh battery with a fingerprint sensor built into its side. It also come in a 2GB RAM/16GB storage options priced at around $250, and a 3GB of RAM/32GB of storage which will be priced at $300.
