Microsoft Band 2 Support Link Briefly Goes Live

Microsoft has an event scheduled in the near future where the company is going to show off some new products, one of the products that it’s expected to talk about at the event is a new Microsoft Band fitness tracker. After the success of the first one many are interested to see what the company has been able to achieve with the second-generation Band. There’s mounting evidence now that the Microsoft Band 2 really might be unveiled at the upcoming event.

We recently saw purported leaked renders of the Microsoft Band 2 which showed that the wearable device could some with an all new design and a curved display, making it look significantly better than its predecessor.

Earlier today links to official support pages for Microsoft Band 2 briefly went online on Microsoft’s website, it may have been a mistake, but it’s now the biggest piece of evidence there is to make the case for an impending launch of the second-generation Band. The links were discovered on the How to Connect your Microsoft Band” support page and have since been removed.

Microsoft’s event is scheduled for October 6th in New York City, aside from the new Band it’s also expected to unveil the Surface Pro 4 tablet as well as a couple of Lumia flagship smartphones.
