Given that there are so many Chinese manufacturers out there like Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo, ZTE, Vivo, and so on, it’s easy to keep track of who created what, plus specs these days are starting to all became somewhat similar. However it seems that come 30th of November, Chinese OEM Vivo will be taking the wraps off their next smartphone.
The company has recently begun to send out invites to an event that will be held on the 30th of November. Based on the invite (see above), it seems that the Vivo X6 will be announced. The official specs of the phone have yet to be confirmed, but we expect that will happen at the end of this month, but based on what we have heard about it so far, we are pretty excited for it.
For starters in a world filled with phones of the quad and octa-core variety, the Vivo X6 will be one of the few, if not the only, smartphone to feature a deca-core chipset courtesy of MediaTek and their MT6797 model. It will also pack 3-4GB of RAM along with 32GB of storage, a 6-inch QHD display, and a 21MP rear-facing camera.
There is also expected to be a 12MP front-facing camera, and a pretty huge 4,000mAh battery to top things off. Other possible features include quick charging and split screen multitasking. In any case take it with a grain of salt for now, but check back with us come 30th November for the details.
