lumiaupdateleakWe all know that Windows 10 Mobile will soon appear along the likes of the Microsoft Lumia 950, Lumia 950 XL, and Lumia 550, as those specific smartphones become available to more markets either some time this month or in the next. Having said that, there are many people who are looking forward to checking out what the latest version of Windows that will run on smartphone are like. Even better news is the fact that Windows 10 Mobile too, will make its way to the older generation of Lumia-branded handsets that happen to be humming along happily to Windows Phone 8.1 at the moment. Orange Poland is the source of leaks where a couple of update waves have been revealed.

In the leak, Orange Poland shared that the first update will roll out next month – thankfully before Christmas, too, on the 14th of December. This particular wave will include the likes of the Lumia 630, 635, 640, 735, and 830. If your handsets happen to be the Lumia 520, 532, 625, 720, 820, 920, 925, 930, 1020, and 1320, then you are called to be patient. Very, very patient, as the 1st of February 2016 will be when your precious smartphone gets the nod to give Windows 10 Mobile a go.

Strangely enough, there was no mention of the Lumia 1520, but this could be due to the fact that this model was sold in Poland as an unlocked device, hence, no carriers are involved in the update process. Do take note that only smartphones sold by Orange in Poland will be affected by the leaked release schedule.
