htc-one-a9_ubergizmo_04It looks like good things do indeed come to those who wait, and the AT&T variant of the HTC One A9 smartphone has begun to pick up its December security update for the past couple of days already. Apparently, this particular update’s introduction to HTC One A9 owners who are rocking to AT&T should have kicked off already, according to HTC’s Mo Versi sharing via Twitter that you can read about in the extended post.

Of course, this update will also come with its fair share of security fixes in order to keep up with the times, not to mention tweaking the camera to make it batter. Those who have yet to pick up the update automatically might want to try to do so manually.

Just to refresh our memories, the HTC One A9 generally comes with the following hardware specifications – a 5” Full HD AMOLED display, a Camera “Pro” mode, a 13MP shooter, a fingerprint scanner for security purposes, a microSD memory card slot for expansion purposes, a Snapdragon 617 chipset, and a 2,150mAh battery, among others.
