If there is an argument to be made about the perks of PC gaming versus console, it would the quality of graphics. Since consoles are fixed in terms of their hardware, it means that there is only so much that developers can squeeze out in performance. However since PC builds are incredibly varied, developers have the option of creating games that look stunning.

The only downside is that sometimes PC gamers can’t run games because their specs aren’t good enough. That being said, if you have your eye on Capcom’s Street Fighter V and you’re wondering which version you should get, check out the video above put together by the folks at Digital Foundry who have compared the graphics side-by-side.

It is obvious that based on what we are seeing that both versions of the game look different from each other. According to Digital Foundry, they think that this is because both games use different post-processing which is why they look different from each other, especially in areas like anti-aliasing and depth of field.

There are also differences in the game’s texture, but maybe in the heat of the moment or during a particularly intensive fight you might not notice. The only main and noticeable difference is that the PC version has motion blur, lending a pretty interesting effect to the game. However if graphics don’t really matter to you, then we guess feel free to pick either platform.
