As gamers are aware, Capcom had previously remade Resident Evil 2, one of the more classic titles in the Resident Evil franchise. While the company has revisited older titles in the past, they have mostly been remasters where they have had their graphics updated to better suit modern day gaming machines.
Back towards the end of August, Capcom teased an upcoming game called Project Resistance which seemed to be some kind of Resident Evil spin-off. A recently-released trailer revealed some additional details about the game, and now it looks like the game has been officially announced.
According to a report from a couple of weeks ago, it was suggested that Capcom might have a new Resident Evil game in the works. The company teased the upcoming game on a website titled “Project Resistance”, in which based on the logo, it left little to the imagination that it is somehow related to the Resident Evil franchise, although how exactly is unclear.

There’s a new Devil May Cry 5 demo out for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One today. An exclusive demo was released for Xbox One players in December after a trailer for the game was revealed at the Game Awards. This is according to a report from Deadline in which it has been reported that Netflix could be looking to develop a TV series based on Resident Evil.
