lg_stylus_2_plusEarlier this year LG announced the LG Stylus 2 but unfortunately at the time of announcement, the phone’s availability was not mentioned. However if the handset intrigued you, you might be pleased to learn that LG has since announced the LG Stylus 2 Plus which will be making its way to the rest of the world.

According to LG, it seems that sales of the handset will begin in Taiwan. “The LG Stylus 2 Plus, the latest edition of its large-format Stylus series, begins its global rollout with its launch today in Taiwan. The LG Stylus 2 Plus will make its way to customers in other key markets in Asia, South America, Europe and North America in the weeks to come.”

So what kind of specs can we expect from the phone? The handset will feature a 5.7-inch Full HD display and under the hood, an octa-core chipset can be found clocked at 1.4GHz. There will also be different models with 2 or 3GB of RAM, 16 or 32GB of storage, although these will vary depending on your region.

There will also be a rear-facing camera of the 13MP/16MP variety, and front-facing cameras of the 5MP and 8MP variety, but once again these are also region specific. One of the key selling points of the phone would be its stylus which according to LG, will feel like a fountain pen when writing on the screen.
