We’ve already been treated to some multiplayer maps that gamers will be able to get their hands on once the game comes out and today the developer has unveiled another Gears of War 4 multiplayer map. The developer of Gears of Wars 4, The Coalition, unveiled this new multiplayer map alongside the new Gears of War 4 campaign footage that Microsoft showed off at the San Diego Comic-Con earlier today.

This particular multiplayer map for Gears of War 4 is called Forge and it’s going to be included in the game at launch. The Coalition did allow attendees at the San Diego Comic-Con to take the map for a spin. They were also able to get some hands-on time with the campaign level that Microsoft demonstrated today.

A flythrough video of the map has been posted online which will give you an idea of Forge’s scale and the types of engagement distances that you can expect from it. It features a rather industrial look that has been common in some of the beta maps of this game.

Gears of War 4 is undoubtedly one of the most highly anticipated games of this year. The Coalition is going to release it for Xbox One and Windows 10 PC later this year on October 11th.
