moto-g5-plus-leaked
Motorola isn’t due to launch a new Moto handset in the near future but purported leaked photos of the Moto G5 Plus have now surfaced online. This hasn’t wasn’t expected until later in the year which is why it’s a bit too soon to be seeing a leak related to this device. The images have surfaced out of Romania where they were first posted on the online marketplace OLX. Someone was actually claiming to sell the Moto G5 Plus, a handset that hasn’t even been officially announced yet.

The Moto G5 Plus is going to be the successor to last year’s Moto G4 Plus. The company hasn’t said anything about the device at this point in time so it’s clear right now when it plans on launching this smartphone.

The OLX listing has since been removed but it did mention specs that include a 5.5 inch full HD display, a Snapdragon 625 processor with 4GB RAM and 32GB of storage, a 13 megapixel front camera, and a 3,080mAh battery.

It may run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. Some cosmetic changes are visible as well when compared to the G4 Plus, such as the circular camera bump and oval fingerprint sensor, but it doesn’t stray too much from Motorola’s design language.

While the listing mentioned that this device is actually going to be made available officially in March 2017, Motorola is yet to confirm when the Moto G5 Plus will be out.
