If arcade fighting games are something you love playing, there’s a good chance that you might be looking forward to getting your hands on Tekken 7, which last we heard was due for a release on the 2nd of June for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The roster has been pretty much revealed, but it seems that gamers can expect two more characters.

According to an announcement by Bandai Namco, the publisher has revealed that two more characters will be added to Tekken 7’s lineup, and the interesting part is that these two characters will not be from the Tekken universe, but rather it will be from other games. These characters are expected to be released in the Winter 2017 and Spring 2018 respectively.

Unfortunately Bandai Namco did not reveal who these two characters were, although they did confirm that Street Fighter’s Akuma would not be one of the two, which means that gamers can in reality expect three non-Tekken characters to be introduced into the game. In addition to the new characters, there will also be a Summer 2017 DLC pack that will bring about a new game mode and 50 new costumes.

Each DLC can be bought separately if that’s what you prefer, but not surprisingly there will also be a season pass that will contain all three DLCs as well as 35 exclusive metallic costumes as an added bonus.
