The Mobile World Congress 2018 is going to take place in February next year. Many companies use the MWC stage to unveil their new handsets. Huawei is expected to unveil its new flagship at the convention next year. It’s expected that the Huawei P11 is going to be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress 2018 in February.

A Huawei executive had said earlier this year that the P10’s successor will likely be unveiled at next year’s Mobile World Congress. Bruce Lee, Huawei’s Vice President of Handsets Product Line, said this earlier this year in March.

According to a new report, company representatives have reiterated at a local German Huawei Christmas event that the Huawei P11 is going to be unveiled in the first quarter of 2018.

The representatives also said that Huawei is going to release “exciting new products” in Q1 2018 that will focus particularly on camera performance and artificial intelligence.

This ties in nicely with previous expectations that the handset is going to be launched at the Mobile World Congress 2018 in Barcelona.

It really won’t be surprising if the Huawei P11 is unveiled at MWC 2018 given that its predecessor, the Huawei P10, was launched at MWC 2017 this year.

No information about pricing and availability has surfaced as yet but we can expect to hear whispers about them in the coming weeks.
