When it comes to luxury smartphones, it’s hard to beat companies such as Vertu who have been known to put out some phones with price tags that could stop your heart. However it doesn’t mean that others aren’t trying, because over in South Korea, LG has taken the wraps off the LG Signature Edition.

The phone in question is rather nondescript in terms of its design, but we suppose that could be the point. However it is made from Zirconium Ceramic which according to LG, won’t scratch at all even over time. If you were to buy one, you could even get your name engraved on the back, and all of this will set you back a whopping $1,800.

So what are you getting in return for that price? Like we said, the phone is made from a ceramic body and we suppose that is one of its signature features. However other than that, under the hood the LG Signature Edition is basically the LG V30 with some slight changes, such as coming with 6GB of RAM instead of 4GB, and 256GB of onboard storage.

It will also come bundled with a pair of B&O headphones, which we suppose adds to the cost. Unfortunately there is no mention as to whether or not the phone will see a launch stateside, so maybe don’t get your hopes up just yet about getting your hands on one.
