Blizzard’s Overwatch is turning two as was previously confirmed and it seems that in celebration of the anniversary, Blizzard has recently published a very adorable stop-motion animated video. It features two characters from Overwatch – Tracer and Reaper which you can check out for yourself in the video above if you have a couple of minutes to spare. There is also a behind-the-scenes look for those who are curious as to how Blizzard pulled this one off.

With Overwatch turning two, Blizzard has also announced a celebration via in-game events. This event will be taking place between the 22nd of May to the 11th of June where Blizzard will be bringing back some brawls from previous Overwatch events. It also appears that there will be a bunch of new skins that gamers can collect, although this hardly comes as a surprise since Blizzard typically releases new skins with every new in-game event that they launch.

Overwatch turning two is a huge milestone for Blizzard considering that this is a new franchise for a company that has typically relied on Diablo, Warcraft, or StarCraft in the past. Blizzard has also managed to turn Overwatch into a competitive eSports game where they have launched their own Overwatch League and successfully partnered up with the likes of Twitch to stream Overwatch competitions.
