If you have pre-ordered a copy of Activision’s upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, there is a chance you might have gotten a code that would have granted you access to a private multiplayer beta. In case you might have forgotten, not to worry because the private multiplayer beta for Black Ops 4 is now live.

The beta will run from the 3rd of August to the 6th of August, but in case you’re busy this weekend not to worry because a second beta is expected to kick off from the 10th to the 13th of August as well. Note that the first beta will be exclusive to Sony PS4 gamers, but the second beta will open it up to PS4, Xbox One, and PC gamers as well.

Activision recently published a trailer showing off what we might be able to expect from the beta. Given that Black Ops 4 will see Activision and Treyarch do away with single-player campaigns, it’s safe to say that the success of Black Ops 4 will fall entirely on the shoulders of its multiplayer aspect.

Of course games like Call of Duty and Battlefield are known for their multiplayer, but there are some who do enjoy a bit of a storyline as well. Black Ops 4 is currently scheduled for a release on the 12th of October on the PS4, Xbox One, and the PC where players will need to get it via Blizzard’s Battle.net launcher.
