It’s safe to say that many are anticipating the release of Activision’s upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. For those who are wondering what the game might look like based on actual gameplay footage, then you might want to check out the video above which is the gameplay trailer that was recently released.
According to Activision’s description of the game, “Black Ops is back! Featuring gritty, grounded Multiplayer combat, the biggest Zombies offering ever with three full undead adventures at launch, and Blackout, where the universe of Black Ops comes to life in a massive battle royale experience. Blackout features the largest map in Call of Duty history, signature Black Ops combat, and characters, locations and weapons from the Black Ops series.”
As noted, the game will be taking advantage of the popularity of battle royale style maps with its own take on the gameplay. It will also see the return of classic maps such as Nuketown, although last we heard there could be limited maps available at launch. In any case the trailer does a fantastic job of hyping up the game so if you have a minute or so to spare, it could be worth checking out. The game is currently set for a release on the 12th of October where it will launch on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC (system requirements here).
