If you’ve never had the misfortune of an airlines company losing your luggage, you might want to consider yourself lucky. This is because anyone who has lost a luggage knows how stressful it can be, especially if you’re travelling to a foreign destination and all your clothes and essentials are in your luggage.

This is why trackable luggage have become pretty popular, and if you plan on flying with British Airways, you’ll be pleased to learn that the airlines company has announced that they will soon allow users to track their luggage using RFID tags from ViewTag. All users need to do is sync their flight information to their bag and through the British Airways app, they’ll be able to keep track of their luggage.

These tags do not come free but travelers who are interested in getting their hands on them will be able to do by buying these tags from the airlines company directly. The tags are priced at an introductory price of around $80 per tag and can be reused, thanks to its e-ink display that can be swapped out for other flights in the future.

Each tag is said to be rated for about 3,000 screen changes and does not require users to charge it, so it should last you quite a while before you need to replace it.
