If you’re a creative looking to get some work done, there’s a good chance that Adobe’s suite of software would be your choice. However, Adobe’s Creative Cloud subscription can be expensive, especially if you’re just a small time creator or even a hobbyist, but that’s where the “Elements” edition comes in.

For those unfamiliar, Adobe has a couple of “Elements” edition software. These are essentially standalone versions of software like Photoshop which are sold as a one-off purchase. If you’re interested, you might be pleased to learn that Adobe has announced the 2021 versions of Photoshop Elements and also Premiere Elements.

Both versions are priced at $99.99 and while they might be slightly pared down versions of the full version of Photoshop and Premiere, it doesn’t mean that they can’t get the job done. In fact, according to Adobe, they’ve introduced some of the AI features that are in the regular versions to the Element versions.

This includes features like adding motion static to images with a single click, fine-tune face features, Guided Edits, more precise selections, and more. While $99.99 for a piece of software still isn’t exactly affordable for some, it is still cheaper than paying for an ongoing subscription in the long run.
