Earlier this month, Rockstar announced Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy The Definitive Edition following the rumors that the company was planning on launching a trio of remastered titles of some of their earlier GTA games. However, the company did not state when the game will be launching.

However, Rockstar has since announced that the game will now be launching the digital versions on 11th of November, and the physical versions on the 7th of December. According to Rockstar, the game will be launching on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The company did previously state that they are also planning to launch on mobile devices, but that will be coming some time in 2022.

For those who are learning about this for the first time, the trio of games are Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The games will feature upgraded and improved graphics, and that it will also feature the use of GTA V inspired modern controls.

We have to say that while the games do look slightly dated, they do look a bit more modern so if you’ve never played any of the titles or if you want to revisit them, they might be worth looking forward to. You can check out some of the differences and upgrades in the video above.
