Have you ever wanted a fresh burger made for you on the spot? Then if you happen to live in New Jersey, you might want to head on over to the Jersey City Newport Centre Mall because it looks like they have just installed a brand new vending machine called the RoboBurger.

While fast food joints are a dime a dozen, the RoboBurger makes it easier for anyone who feels like having a burger as a snack while they stroll through the mall. The vending machine doesn’t just dispense premade burgers, but actually contains all the ingredients needed to make and assemble a burger, which it can do in about 6 minutes.

It will grill the patty while toasting the bun, and customers even get to choose what kind of sauces they want accompanying the burger. For those who might be a bit concerned about the cleanliness, there is a built-in cleaning system that is apparently in line with the standards set about by the National Sanitary Foundation.

We don’t know how the burger actually tastes, but the idea of having a burger cooked and served to you via a vending machine is pretty novel, plus you even get to pay using contactless payments like Apple Pay or Google Pay, so it is pretty convenient. The company behind the machine says that they do plan to eventually expand on the RoboBurger’s availability to airports, colleges, and more venues in the future, so keep an eye out for them.
