There is not much detail available concerning the Bluetooth-enabled DVR pen, but we do know that it will feature a microphone crammed inside its 0.55″ x 5.7″ for factor. While you aren’t using it to record just about every sentence uttered at the lecture hall, you can always use it as your John Hancock pen. In addition, it is capable of capturing real-time video at 30fps in 320 x 240 resolution, and can be configured to begin recording based on motion detection. It uses internal flash memory (of unknown capacity) as the storage vehicle of choice, transferring data over to PDAs and PCs via Bluetooth. No word on pricing as at press time, but it ought to hit retail store shelves sometime in March 2008.
