Sharp aims to roll out its Residential Solar Power Generation Systems that are compatible with “Roofit Design” which will see efficient installation of photovoltaic modules on a wide range of roof shapes with various roof surface areas. This ought to go some way in helping ordinary folks on the street adopt such greener technology without resorting to the excuse that their roof just does not fit the system. This new system from Sharp will be introduced simultaneously throughout Japan with dual-range power conditioners (inverters) that boast a low-voltage input circuit in addition to the standard voltage input circuit. Research has shown that a solitart solar power generation system built around one of such conditioners are able to generate electric power efficiently even from small roof areas using a mere trio of connected modules.
