Logitech Gaming Mouse G500

Logitech doesn’t seem satisfied having released a bevy of devices earlier this week, and have a new Gaming Mouse G500 for the masses this time round. The Gaming Mouse G500 will be the successor to the Logitech G5 Laser mouse, featuring the latest gaming-grade laser engine alongside a seasoned, battle-worn exterior that will definitely help camouflage some of the dirt rubbed off from your sweaty palms during intense gaming sessions. This device is able to achieve a maximum hand speed of 165 inches per second (ips) and a maximum acceleration force of 30 gs. It also boasts an on-the-fly adjustable-dpi like any self-respecting gaming mice would, allowing you to move from 200 dpi to 5700 dpi in an instant. Nice to know there is onboard memory to store your favorite settings for various games, or for a few poor gamers to share the same mouse. It also comes with weight tuning capability, allowing you to pile on another 27 grams of weight for added feel and control. There are 10 programmable buttons for you to play around with if you want to be at the top of your game. Expect to pick up the Logitech Gaming Mouse G500 this September for $69.99. [Press Release]
