FCC takes a gander at Malata PC-91013 netbook

Malata isn’t exactly a household name when it comes to netbooks, but that doesn’t mean it does not warrant an appearance Stateside. The folks over at the FCC are currently taking a look at the Malata PC-91013 netbook, which means upon approval, the Chinese manufacturer might just want to take a stab at the US market. Specifications-wise, it won’t rock the world with some pretty standard configurations ranging from the Intel Ato, N450 1.66GHz processor to Wi-Fi N connectivity, a 1.3-megapixel webcam and a 10″ display at 1,024 x 600 resolution. Chances are it might probably get a rebadge to be sold under a different brand name if it were to do remotely well Stateside.
