Regulateur clock is kinetic powered

Most of us do take battery power for granted these days – just take a look at the number of battery-powered clocks around us, or devices which tell the time and require a trip to the nearest power outlet when exhausted. Why not go old school with the Regulateur clock concept from Baita Design? This key-wound clock requires interaction or friction to generate kinetic energy to power itself, where you get a transparent front, where the clock will increase the sensation of interaction by providing the gears’ movement vision. It measures 20cm x 14cm x 5cm, and misses out on a cuckoo to remain retro-actively relevant.
