Apple updates all-in-one iMac line with new models

True to form, Apple has introduced a new range of all-in-one iMac models, where they will run off a choice of Intel Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7 processors coupled with powerful new graphics capability. Depending on your needs, prices start from $1,199 upwards, making it the fastest ever iMac line thanks to dual-core processor speeds of up to 3.6GHz, while quad-core speeds can burn at a cool 2.93GHz. Despite boasting all of that firepower, it is still eco-friendly by complying to Energy Star 5.0 requirements while achieving EPEAT Gold status. Of course, other hardware specifications include an SD memory card slot that does the SDXC format as well, a 256GB solid state drive as a primary or secondary drive, a LED-backlit display, and Mac OS X Snow Leopard as the operating system of choice.
