LG Star Surfaces, Running Android 2.2 Froyo And Features HDMI Port

A high-end Android-powered LG phone that should be released early next year has surfaced again, showing us the device’s user interface. From what we can see, the device is using a variant of LG’s usual Android skin and is powered by Android 2.2 Froyo. The device will apparently be called the LG Star and features a 4-inch display. A Quadrant benchmark shows the device producing a score of 1759, which isn’t too bad. Considering that we recently caught wind of the LG LU3000, it seems that 2011 is going to be an interesting year for LG and we’re looking forward to these juicy devices from the Korean company.
