The Droid Incredible might not be the first device that you’d associate with Google’s Android 2.3 Gingerbread, but the folks over at XDA-developers have been busy working on it and now it’s ready for folks to test drive. They’ve since fixed some irritating issues with the port and also enabled the 8-megapixel camera, leaving video recording and GPS functions on the list of things that need to be enabled. If you don’t want to wait for Verizon to release the Gingerbread update for this phone, you could always give it a try, though you’re doing so at your own risk, of course. Check out a video of Android 2.3 running on the device after the jump.
