The pretty popular LG Optimus 3D smartphone over at MWC 2011 (which recently ended just in case you crawled out from a rock) has been slapped with a sticker price, and is up for pre-order over at Expansys.co.uk. This is the first glasses-free 3D smartphone, and our initial impressions of it can be found here. Of course, for those who feel that the 3D element will put a spanner in the works where everyday mobile activity is concerned, there is always the option to switch the display to 2D mode at the push of a button. At £514.99 a pop, the LG Optimus 3D is certainly not the cheapest phone on the block, but it might just be the coolest, at least, until something else comes along to blow it away.
