Navisurfer II

If you’ve always fancied having a computer dashboard in your car but weren’t satisfied with the current offerings you’ve seen available on the market, the Navisurfer II might be the computer for you. The Navisurfer II is a basically a touchscreen computer that runs Ubuntu Linux and has a 3G HSPA modem as well as a GPS receiver built-in to ensure you’ll never be out of touch or lost wherever you are. The Navisurfer II even has a whole bunch of input and output ports for you to make use of – 3 USB 2.0 ports, 2 PS2 ports, 1 Mic-in, 1 Line-in, 1 Line-out, 1 Serial port, 2 DC 12V input, 2 AV-in, and 1 Rear View Camera. If you plan to use the computer for your entertainment needs (video or audio) you can, if you want a GPS system, you can, if you want to check in Foursquare or Facebook you can – in fact you could probably do stuff like word process and do your work from your car itself with this in built computer.
