Anything that comes in black and is glossy is more or less certainly able to draw the attention of people, especially when it comes to gadgets and cars. We will look at the former for now, where Buffalo’s DriveStation desktop hard drive allows you to expand storage capacity of any computer or notebook simply by plugging it in via USB. Nice to know that Buffalo has made these available in both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 models, depending on the type of system you’re running so that you need not pay more for hardware than what you are able to work with. Each of these glossy (fingerprint magnet alert!) DriveStations will come pre-formatted, making them more than ready to work right out of the box. Performing silently, it will boast auto installation and auto power on/off. You can choose from 1TB or 2TB capacities for the USB 2.0 model while the speedier USB 3.0 version has those and a 3TB capacity to boot.
