Fujitsu Lifebook E741/C

Remember the world’s smallest and thinnest palm vein sensor that Fujitsu unveiled on Tuesday? Well it looks like they’ve already been working on it for some time before it was even announced. Today, they have just introduced a new notebook that comes with the very same sensor as an optional add-on.

Judging by its specs, the Fujitsu Lifebook E741/C is a notebook designed for office folks who don’t need extremely high-end specs in order to do their work, but could make use of the extra security to keep their work safe.

Fujitsu Lifebook E741/C specs:

  • 15.6″ LCD display (1366 x 768)
  • Core i7-2620M (2.70GHz) CPU
  • Intel QM67 Express
  • 1GB of RAM
  • 160GB HDD
  • Windows 7 Professional (32bit)
  • Optional palm vein sensor

The Fujitsu Lifebook E741/C will arrive in Japan in the middle of May, with a price tag of $2,930 with the sensor.
