CX640-071US

MSI Computer Corp has announced the arrival of their new C Series Notebooks. Named the CX640 and CR640, these laptops are designed for the mainstream consumer and are geared to do both school and office work. The computers come outfitted with standard specs designed to make regular everyday tasks a breeze but don’t expect to run Crysis 2 on max settings with them.

The CX640 and CR640 have some special features that make it valuable to people using it for work: MSI Time Stamp technology which is a 1 touch back-up and restore system, to keep your mind at ease when it comes to issues of crashes, viruses and data loss. It also features extra hard drive position by relocating the hard drive inside the laptop to be in the middle of the chassis in a unique housing that helps to protect it in case of an accidental drop.

Fast Boot technology makes these notebooks start up even faster than standard notebooks, USB 3.0 enables users to take advantage of the latest external drives and peripherals, and an automatic backlight adjustment helps to save the notebook’s battery.
