WatchESPN iPad

Folks looking forward to enjoy ESPN on their 9.7” iPad tablets can rejoice – ESPN has just updated the WatchESPN app to be optimized for the iPad. Users can now enjoy their favorite sports programs on the go – on the 9.7” of the iPad. The WatchESPN app gives users access to
ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN3, and ESPNU – just as long as they are subscribed to ESPN on their regular TV subscriptions (Bright House Networks, Time Warner Cable & Verizon FiOS TV). Folks on Verizon High Speed Internet but don’t subscribe to the TV service will get ESPN3 as a bonus.

In addition to regularly scheduled programming like SportsCenter, SportsNation etc, folks can catch live streams of the NBA Regular Season and Playoffs, Major League Baseball, All 4 Grand Slam tennis events and more.

The app also features an easy-to-use search functionality for locating favorite teams, shows and event. WatchESPN is available now on the Apple App Store. Check out a hilarious advert after the break:
