There are so many diets out there at the moment, it really depends on whether the diet suits you or not. I mean, some have tried the Atkins with no success, while others report what seemed to be a miracle, and in another diet, eating fat is fine – as long as it is natural fat, and not processed fat. Well, some of us who prefer the old school method of counting calories might want to check out the eButton – this particular device was developed at the University of Pittsburgh, where it will comprise of a camera, an accelerometer, a GPS, as well as a plethora of other sensors. These will all come together to help you maintain your fitness and personality profile, letting you know how many calories you’ve shoved down your throat in the day, in addition to the amount of physical activity that you’ve done which could affect weight gain.

Not only that, the eButton is also supposedly able to track down where your food is purchased, the way it is prepared, as well as the length of time you spend consuming which foods and beverages, in addition to how you interacts with family and friends while dining. No idea how it does that, but I guess it depends on the brains of those at the University of Pittsburgh to figure that bit out.
