Can you remember the cute little mouthless cat known as Hello Kitty? Why, that little feline is a real cultural craze, going beyond the borders of Japan from where it originated. Well, if you have fallen head over heels in love with Hello Kitty, doing your bit to collect as many merchandise as possible concerning this cat, then you might be pleased to hear that there is something pricier than the usual stickers or stationery – I’m talking about Mouse Computer’s LuvBook S, where this 11.6″ notebook will have Hello Kitty all over it.

Co-developed with Hello Kitty maker Sanrio, Mouse Computer also roped in the assistance of luxury goods manufacturer Swarovski who are most famous for their range of crystals. Swarovski lent their expertise in design to get the body of the laptop right, where the Hello Kitty face and heart alone comprises of around 1,100 Swarovski stones. This is more form than substance, as you can tell by the Intel Core i3-2330M CPU running underneath the hood, in addition to a 500GB hard drive, 4GB RAM, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, a 1.3-megapixel webcam, a USB 3.0 slot, two USB 2.0 slots, and an SD memory card slot. Would you fork out $900 for this?
