Fans of Mozilla’s popular FireFox browser will be pleased to know that the have decided to unofficially release FireFox 9 a day before its official release. The latest beta build of the browser was made available on the 11th of November 2011, so for those who have been patiently awaiting its release will be able to get their hands on it today.

According to Mozilla, the latest version of FireFox will come with several new enhancements and performance tweaks. This includes improved JavaScript execution speed of around 20%-30%, additional support for HTML5 and CSS, improved theme integration along with support (finally) for Mac OS X Lion, which means that OS X Lion users will be able to perform two finger swipe navigation between pages.
