DoomWhile Doom can be found running on smartphones and portable consoles of today, there’s something about playing the game on a calculator which gives it an even more nostalgic feel. We previously reported about Doom running on a TI graphing calculator but that was in black and white. Now, somebody has managed to upgrade the game to include full color graphics.

Provided you have the hardware to support it, i.e. the TI-nspire CX. In the video demonstration released, we can see the game running pretty smoothly in full color, just like it would have been on the PC except that you’re now using a tiny monitor. Unfortunately there’s still no sound available, but if you’ve got the calculator and you’d like to give the game a shot, head here.
